At Wholesale Ohya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or used.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
- Downloadable digital products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@wholesaleohya.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items within 3–5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window (at our discretion)
- Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition
- Items with missing parts or accessories
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same or different value, subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange. If the exchange item has a higher value, you will be charged the difference.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@wholesaleohya.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
