1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events), processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard international shipping to most destinations.
- Bulk Orders: Special shipping rates are available for large wholesale orders. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential import duties before placing your order. Wholesale Ohya is not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website or through our order tracking page.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Wholesale Ohya is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please keep all original packaging materials for inspection purposes.
For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and send them to support@wholesaleohya.com along with your order number.
